The following dealers have completed all the training necessary to become a Certified Sensei Dealer/Service Centre. They are authorized to service any of our shears keeping the lifetime Sensei warranty intact. They have the same sharpening equipment that we use in our factory to manufacture the shears. With this equipment and training they can provide 'like new' service on your shears. They are also trained in our ergonomically driven consulting methods. They have learned how to offer the best shear design for every stylist. They have a good inventory of our products and are fully trained to show the benefits of each design.

Matt has been selling and servicing scissors since 1995. Trained by VIA in California. We are the only authorised VIA and SENSEI service technicians in the Southern hemisphere.
2015 attended a scissor technology course at Yamamoto scissor factory in South Korea.
We are applying all of the extra sharpening techniques, learned in Korea to every scissor we service. Better sharpening means... better haircuts, and less stress on the hands.
Matt has gained a wealth of knowledge and a trusted reputation with the people that he has met, in the hairdressing, dressmaking and restaurant industries.

Richard has spent the last thirty-plus years working with both hand and power tools. He has spent time restoring antique furniture, was a potter for ten years, and for the last twenty years has been involved in the building trade. In his spare time he designs and builds bespoke fine furniture. His appreciation of high quality hand tools dovetail nicely with the services we offer at Edge Revival.
Richard has had comprehensive training, with Matt, and is totally competent in all aspects of water stone sharpening.
