This includes comprehensive 14 point sharpening process,using Japanese water stones,balancing, fine tip adjustment and handle set, tension adjustment and stropping. Most replacement parts are included in the price.

Our water stone knife sharpening system guarantees that all of your knives will be returned to you as sharp or sharper, as the day you bought them.
We also offer specialized polishing for high quality Japanese kitchen knives e.g. Global knives, KAI shun. Please inquire about this service.
If we do not think that we can deliver your knife back to you with a perfectly sharp blade, we’ll tell you straight away.
